Senior Mechanical Designer AutoCAD Inventor

Tenova Goodfellow Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer for its Engineering Department. You will develop layouts, drawings, piping systems, and documentation for industrial equipment and process plants. Your work supports fabrication, installation, commissioning, and project execution across metals and mining technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed mechanical designs for industrial equipment and process systems
Create 2D and 3D designs using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
Produce fabrication, assembly, installation, and manufacturing drawings
Develop layouts, equipment arrangements, GA drawings, and P&IDs
Generate bills of materials and complete drawing packages
Requirements:
Minimum five years of mechanical design or drafting experience
Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
Experience designing industrial machinery or process plant equipment
Diploma or degree in a related mechanical discipline
Knowledge of fabrication methods and industrial manufacturing processes
