Game Facilitator

Position: Game Facilitator at Activate
Activate is seeking a dynamic Game Facilitator for its Mississauga location. You'll guide players and oversee enjoyable gaming experiences in a fast-paced environment.

In this part-time, permanent role, you'll facilitate game operations, assist with customer check-ins, and keep the venue running smoothly.

Your role will involve close observation of gameplay and providing essential support to ensure every customer is engaged and satisfied. Being a people person, you will thrive on creating fun and exciting gaming moments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers upon entry and manage the check-in workflow

• Support players throughout their gaming experience and resolve issues

• Clean and maintain the gaming facility regularly

• Engage directly with players during games when needed

• Assist in checking inventory and maintaining facility standards

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and multitasking capabilities

• Charismatic, friendly, and engaging approach

• Able to commit to diverse shift patterns starting early and ending late
