As a volunteer in Mississauga, you will be the first point of contact for theatre visitors. Your primary roles will include ushering, greeting, and managing snack and beverage areas. A mandatory orientation will prepare you for your volunteer duties, with shifts available to start soon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Authenticate tickets and guide patrons to their seats

• Greet guests and provide necessary directions upon arrival

• Process snack and beverage sales efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness in the concession stand

• Clean and reset the theatre for subsequent shows

Requirements:

• Age of 18 years or older

• Attendance at a 2-hour orientation is essential

• Commitment to supporting live arts events

• Strong customer service skills

• Willingness to assist with community outreach efforts
