Mississauga Research – Commercial Division

This is a full time non-exempt position.

• Position includes all aspects of Customer Service
• Act as liaison with mills and mill schedulers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders
• Receiving, pricing and entering orders
• Invoicing
• Position also involves resolving customer issues, last minute changes or any other issues which arise
• Timely and effective resolution of all accounts receivables is a key aspect
• Supporting sales people in all aspects of customer accounts and spot pricing
• Coordinates logistics with the shipping plant, trucking group or directly with the carriers
• Contract entry
• Scanning documents for shipments
• Collection of past due invoices and investigating charge back and short payments
• Researching and acquiring resolution of customer complaints
• Works closely with sales staff on account management

• Basic proficiency in Word-Excel-Outlook.
• The candidate must be able to use a calculator and have basic mathematics skills.
• The candidate will have a confident and courteous manner and must be able to hear and speak clearly; read, comprehend, and communicate, orally and in writing in order to effectively communicate in person or by telephone.

• The ideal candidate will have a HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in a sales environment
