We are building an integrated digital‑finance ecosystem to bridge traditional real‑estate investment with next‑generation capital markets combining blockchain technology, institutional governance, and investor transparency.

Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary leader who combines blockchain fluency with institutional finance expertise. The successful candidate will design and execute Avrance Corp’s digital finance roadmap, integrating blockchain‑based financial instruments, tokenized real assets, and compliant fundraising models across multiple jurisdictions. You will work directly with the CEO, CFO, and COO to align the company’s tokenization and digital finance initiatives with its broader capital‑markets strategy and pre‑IPO roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s digital finance roadmap, aligning with tokenization, exchange operations, and regulatory milestones.

Shape financial models for asset‑backed digital instruments, liquidity pools, and secondary‑market mechanisms.

Lead institutional engagement strategy for onboarding REITs, family offices, and cross‑border investors.

Design token economics and valuation frameworks for real‑estate‑backed digital assets.

Oversee smart contract integration with financial reporting, NAV tracking, and investor dashboards.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure offerings meet OSC, CSA, SEC, and MiCA standards.

Support the CFO in developing internal policies for treasury operations, stablecoin management, and investor protection.

Establish financial governance protocols for token issuance, redemption, and settlement.

Monitor financial risk, audit trails, and treasury operations across tokenized assets.

Ensure platform scalability, resilience, and institutional‑grade security standards.

Evaluate and onboard providers for custody, KYC/AML, and liquidity aggregation.

Drive strategic partnerships with fintechs, custodians, and data providers to support platform scalability.

Support capital raising initiatives and investor relations for global expansion.

Lead collaboration between technology, compliance, and investment teams to integrate blockchain functionality with financial controls.

Advise on system architecture for settlement, reporting, and asset lifecycle management.

Engage with regulators, auditors, and institutional stakeholders to align operational and legal frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years in digital finance, capital markets, or fintech strategy.

Proven track record in tokenization, STOs, or digital asset infrastructure.

Deep understanding of blockchain, exchange ecosystems, and financial integration architecture.

Experience with OSC, CSA, SEC, or MiCA regulatory frameworks and sandbox environments.

Strong background in treasury management, financial modeling, and governance.

MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.

Exceptional leadership, analytical, and cross‑functional communication skills.

Preferred Attributes

Visionary yet pragmatic; able to bridge innovation with regulatory and commercial realities.

Collaborative leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, legal, and finance.

Passionate about financial inclusion, transparency, and responsible innovation.

Familiarity with blockchain integration platforms such as Chain Up, Tokeny, or Tatum is advantageous.
