This existing role reporting to the Manager, Revenue and Accounts Receivable, is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of revenue reporting and receivable activities across the organization. This role supports financial operations by analyzing revenue data, reconciling general ledger accounts, managing customer payments, and contributing to period-end close processes and activities. The Analyst partners closely with Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to maintain strong cash flow and reliable financial reporting.

What you will do:

Validate and post daily/weekly revenue data from multiple channels (i.e front store, pharmacy, transit, lottery, post-office and others).

Apply customer payments, investigate unapplied cash, and resolve payment variances.

Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing and payment issues.

Perform regular GL-to-subledger reconciliations for revenue, AR, and clearing accounts.

Prepare journal entries related to revenue, AR, accruals, and adjustments.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall real estate and Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. Objectives

How you will succeed:

2-3 year College diploma in Business;
Accounting preferred and or

At least 5 years experience AR, revenue accounting, or financial operations.

Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, proficient in Excel.

Strong Accounting knowledge for completions of bank reconciliations, journal entries & accruals.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate work with other employees.
