Job Description
What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will be required monitor and process global trades on our trust platform. You will be responsible for booking FX on the back of the trades and communicating internally with various teams.
What will you do?
- Monitoring of trades in the queues, responding to emails from Internal department in generic team inbox. Repair/validate FX trades in the local global market.
- Booking FX on back of trade
- investigating trade queries
- Communicating with various teams via email, phone and meetings
- Gather information and conduct research as required
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Basic Knowledge on Financial Market, Trade processing and settlements, FX
- High School Diploma, Financial Industry skills, Banking knowledge will be an asset.
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential
- Expert of computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$46,000.00 - $70,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
