About the Opportunity
Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee is seeking a  Financial Analyst – Customer Finance  to support our Customer teams through reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and leveraging data to drive actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in building new processes and enhancing reporting capabilities using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly business reviews and monitor opportunities and risks

Act as Power BI super user for FP&A and Sales analytics

Perform pricing and customer profitability analyses

Manage reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for Customer P&Ls

Conduct ad hoc sensitivity and scenario analysis

Support commitment pricing processes and financial tool development

Ideal Candidate Profile

Up to a year of experience in finance within consumer goods or similar industries

Pursuing or holding a financial designation would be an asset

Advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation skills

ERP experience (D365 preferred)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to turn data into actionable insights and challenge current thinking

Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
