About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst at TD SYNNEX, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders. You’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform executive decision-making, drive operational excellence, and support business growth. What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain robust financial and operational reports using advanced Excel (including macros/VBA) and Power BI dashboards
Conduct ad hoc analyses and cost-benefit/ROI studies to evaluate new business opportunities, efficiency initiatives, and strategic projects (system conversions, process improvements)
Forecast financial performance, interpret variances, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reviews and budget updates
Translate data into concise executive summaries and presentations, ensuring C-suite leadership receives clear recommendations and insights
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Compensation, Operations, and IT teams to gather data, troubleshoot system issues, and implement process enhancements
Lead or contribute to testing plans for new financial systems and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy, security, and seamless user adoption
Mentor junior analysts by sharing best practices in data analysis, financial modeling, and business partnering
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA/CPA designation is a plus
5–10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, FP&A systems, or accounting operations—ideally within technology or distribution environments
Advanced skills in Excel, including Power Query, macros, and complex modeling; intermediate to advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools
Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
Strong business acumen: you see beyond the numbers, understand the broader market context, and anticipate stakeholder needs
Excellent communicator: you can distill complex analyses into compelling narratives and confidently present to senior leadership
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:
Professional, office environment.
Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
In accordance with Ontario's pay-transparency requirements, this role offers an annual base Salary Range is $95,000 – $105,000 per year, with the exact amount determined by candidate qualifications, relevant experience, internal equity, and geographic work location.
