Advisor, Actuarial Analysis, Statistics

• Recommend solutions based on the analyses
• Develop solutions for actuarial and business problems using a variety of tools and techniques including advanced analytics
• Work closely with Commercial Lines business units and underwriting to understand and implement solutions
• Develop policies and guidelines through research and impact analyses
• Support project planning, development, execution and coordination

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics or Statistics or in a related field
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Successful completion of at least five CAS exams (Candidates with less experience and exams will still be considered)
• Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English‑speaking partners, members and/or clients
• Knowledge of P & C Insurance
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, Radar, Emblem, VBA, R

Demonstrates expertise in developing actuarial solutions and advanced analytics to address business challenges, while effectively collaborating with Commercial Lines business units. Proficient in project planning and execution, with a strong foundation in P & C Insurance.
