Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements

• Review disclosures and coordinate audit requests

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and reporting standards

• Supervise preparation of legal entity statements for tax filings

• Mentor financial analysts to enhance team performance

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of financial reporting and accounting experience

• Experience with public company and audit processes

• Strong understanding of IFRS and regulatory requirements

• Proven ability to manage financial audits
