Collections Clerk

Position: Collections Clerk Needed
Our client seeks a Collections Clerk for a temporary role in Mississauga. This in-office position requires effective communication with customers about overdue payments and account balances.

You will be responsible for contacting customers through calls and emails, following up on payment commitments, and resolving disputes alongside internal teams. Candidates must have a minimum of two years in collections and strong Excel skills to analyze aging reports and monitor collection performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to customers about overdue accounts

• Manage payment commitments through regular communication

• Collaborate with teams to resolve billing issues

• Create and share monthly aging reports of accounts

• Analyze collection activity for performance improvements

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of B2B collections experience

• Intermediate skills in Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
