Hybrid Mutual Funds Administrator at Fidelity

In this role, you will support internal and external clients by managing mutual fund transactions efficiently. With a strong emphasis on problem-solving, you will investigate and resolve rejected trades while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Your key contributions will enhance operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve rejected mutual fund transactions

• Execute internal transfers per client instructions

• Set up systematic withdrawal plans and contributions

• Perform daily settlement activity for transactions

• Complete monthly reconciliations for client holdings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in financial services

• Community college diploma preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Dataphile and FundSERV preferred

• Completion of industry-related courses (e.g., CSC, IFIC) preferred
