What Our Client Offers- Competitive base salary of $210,000 to $240,000, with flexibility to consider a higher compensation package for an exceptional candidate.
- Annual performance-based bonus opportunity of 20% to 25%.
- Three weeks of vacation, with the potential for four weeks based on experience and qualifications.

Lead the organization's overall financial strategy, planning, and performance.
- Provide financial insight and recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership team.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Drive profitability through margin analysis, cost optimization, and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Distribution teams to support business objectives.
- Manage banking relationships, financing activities, and capital planning.
- Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting teams.
- Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and business growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA considered an asset.
- CPA designation is a strong asset.
- 10+ years of progressive senior financial leadership experience, including experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent executive-level role.
- Experience with in the consumer products industry
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, production costing, and supply chain finance.
- Proven success leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance management.
- Experience managing lender relationships, capital planning, and cash flow optimization.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
