What Our Client Offers Competitive base salary of $210,000 to $240,000, with flexibility to consider a higher compensation package for an exceptional candidate.
Annual performance-based bonus opportunity of 20% to 25%.
Three weeks of vacation, with the potential for four weeks based on experience and qualifications.

Your Impact in the Company Lead the organization's overall financial strategy, planning, and performance.
Provide financial insight and recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Drive profitability through margin analysis, cost optimization, and operational efficiencies.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Distribution teams to support business objectives.
Manage banking relationships, financing activities, and capital planning.
Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting teams.
Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and business growth opportunities.
Qualifications for this position Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA considered an asset.
CPA designation is a strong asset.
10+ years of progressive senior financial leadership experience, including experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent executive-level role.
Experience with in the consumer products industry
Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, production costing, and supply chain finance.
Proven success leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance management.
Experience managing lender relationships, capital planning, and cash flow optimization.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
