Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst, Financial Manager
Are you a Finance leader who sees beyond the numbers and understands how Finance can drive business performance?
Do you thrive on solving complex problems, challenging assumptions, and turning financial insight into decisions that move the business forward?
Do you enjoy partnering with operational teams, asking the right questions, and translating financial analysis into practical actions and measurable results?
The Director of Finance is the day-to-day leader and end-to-end owner of Uniti Wall’s Accounting and FP&A functions. The role ensures accurate ASPE-compliant reporting, disciplined forecasting, strong controls, and decision-ready insight in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, project-based manufacturing environment.
Reporting to the CFO and leading the Senior Accountant and Senior Financial Analyst, this hands-on department leader takes personal accountability for business issues, proposes practical solutions, and drives them through execution. The successful candidate takes a genuine interest in how the business operates and connects Finance with Project Management, Manufacturing, and Operations to surface risks early, challenge assumptions, and improve performance.
This is an operational finance leadership role, not an administrative one.

- Maintain scenario analysis to support timely decisions as schedules, costs, and market conditions change.
- Partner with Project Management to ensure actuals and forecasts reflect committed costs, labour, schedule changes, change orders, and known exposures.
- Oversee project accounting, job costing, revenue recognition, cost allocation, and credible cost-to-complete and margin forecasts.
- dentify margin changes early and partner with project leaders on prevention, mitigation, and recovery actions through resolution.
- Analyze project, product, customer, and departmental profitability to improve pricing, productivity, and resource allocation.
- Develop business cases and executive recommendations for capital expenditures, investments, growth initiatives, and other strategic decisions.
- Partner with the CFO and operating leaders to improve cash flow, liquidity, and working-capital efficiency.
- Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, project billing, collections, and other cash-conversion drivers.
- Ensure effective inventory controls over receiving, issuing, perpetual records, cycle and physical counts, valuation, obsolescence, segregation of duties, and general-ledger reconciliation.
- Work with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project Management to resolve inventory variances, improve material traceability, and reflect inventory and commitments accurately in forecasts.
