Finance Contracts Analyst

About the Opportunity   Review customer contracts and confirm that pricing, discounts, and billing terms are correct.
Check invoices, billing data, and subscription activity for errors.
Investigate billing discrepancies, missed revenue, and customer disputes.
Analyze credit requests, adjustments, and account reconciliations.
Work with internal teams to resolve contract and billing questions.
Help improve billing processes, reporting, and automation.
Use Excel and reporting tools such as Tableau and JIRA to analyze data and support system improvements.
About You   3+ years of relevant experience with revenue/billing in accounting/finance role
Advanced Excel
Ability to work with large volumes of complex data across multiple systems (Tableau)
Communicating with several teams internally. Very important to be able to communicate effectively.
Pay Range  $33 - $39 per hour
Location & Eligibility  You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
