Financial Services Operations Coordinator

Coordinate financial transaction processing for Can Cap in Mississauga, using Excel, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

This Operations Coordinator supports time-sensitive loan maintenance and transaction functions across Can Cap’s financial services portfolios. Working with the Operations Supervisor, you will process payments, banking files, account adjustments, repossession files, and partner requests. The work connects Operations, Finance, Remarketing, and third-party affiliates.

• Post payments, process NSF items, and handle banking files
• Process account adjustments, charge-offs, fees, and due-date changes
• Manage repossession, bailiff, auction, and rebate transactions
• Generate partner invoices and maintain daily Excel reports
• Complete funded-deal audits and maintain process documentation

• Two to five years financial services processing experience
• Business communication skills in English
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
