Support CIBC clients onsite in Mississauga with everyday banking, digital guidance, and thoughtful communication across a personal banking centre.
As a Client Engagement Associate, you will support Personal and Business Banking clients with accounts, transactions, products, and services. You will answer questions, explain digital banking options, complete basic product sales, and connect clients with specialists. The regular role offers 15 weekly hours onsite.
Key Responsibilities:- Help clients manage accounts and banking products
- Assist with transactions and answer everyday banking questions
- Introduce mobile banking applications and digital options
- Complete sales of basic banking products
- Identify specialist referral opportunities for client goals
- Client-first approach focused on meaningful interactions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Accountability when resolving client issues
- Digital savvy and adaptable to evolving technologies
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
