Accounts Receivable Credit Analyst

Evaluate dealer credit, establish terms, and monitor receivables as an Accounts Receivable Specialist for Vaco by Highspring’s client. Candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area.

The position focuses on credit administration and accurate customer account management. Responsibilities include reviewing invoices, distributing statements, applying payments, tracking tax exemption certificates, and processing approved credit memos. You will also support audits and resolve account issues with internal partners.

• Perform dealer credit evaluations and establish credit terms
• Distribute monthly customer statements
• Process credit memos for approval
• Track dealer tax exemption certificates
• Support annual audit requests and documentation

• Current residence within the Greater Toronto Area
• Permission to work in Canada
• Ability to review and initiate invoice processing
• Ability to maintain customer records and account information
• Ability to collaborate with internal departments
