Lead financial planning and analysis at BD in Mississauga, applying advanced Excel and accounting expertise to strategic decisions.
This Manager Financial Planning & Analysis role leads budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and monthly income statement analysis. You will partner with functional leaders, Finance Analysis, NASSC, and local accounting teams. The work requires financial modeling, variance analysis, and clear leadership presentations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead annual budgets, three-year plans, and quarterly forecasts
- Analyze income statements against projections, budgets, and prior year
- Monitor sales performance and identify financial risks and opportunities
- Develop business cases supporting investments and strategic initiatives
- Present financial results at regional and global leadership forums
- Five-plus years progressive Finance and FP&A experience
- Two-plus years supervising, coaching, and developing teams
- University degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field
- CPA designation and strong accounting policy knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP systems experience
