Operations Transaction Specialist

Support complex banking transactions and operational processing with TD in Mississauga, applying sound judgment, accuracy, and knowledge of products and procedures.

As an Operations Officer III, you will provide broad operational support within Personal & Commercial Banking. You will process transactions, communicate with partners, analyze operational issues, and recommend improvements. The role requires advanced knowledge across products, services, systems, and procedures.

• Execute complex transactions and overrides accurately within established guidelines
• Resolve processing issues while maintaining service quality
• Analyze root causes and recommend operational solutions
• Prioritize workloads to meet service-level requirements
• Support change initiatives and document new processes

• One or more years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred
• Advanced knowledge of operational products, processes, and systems
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and operating risks
• Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information
