Senior PLAA Specialist at TRP

Become a crucial part of the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension project at TRP as a Senior PLAA Specialist. With a focus on obtaining necessary permits and approvals, contribute to major transit infrastructure in Toronto and Mississauga.

This role requires significant relationship management with governmental authorities and stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with project agreements. You will closely collaborate with the PLAA Manager and various interdisciplinary teams to support successful permit applications and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish working relationships with governmental authorities and stakeholders

• Review project documents for permit requirements

• Assist in coordinating meetings with city officials

• Track and manage the PLAA Tracker records

• Identify and report potential issues affecting PLAAs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in complex permitting

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• Knowledge of Ontario regulatory requirements

• Working knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
