In this Personal Support Worker (PSW) role, you will be an essential part of our home care team, working directly under the Care Coordinator to meet various client needs. Your compassion and reliability will create strong bonds with our clients, impacting their lives positively through personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver assistance with personal hygiene and care
• Prepare meals that cater to client preferences
• Conduct light housekeeping duties as required
• Accompany clients on errands or outings
• Assist with medication reminders and client transport
Requirements:
• Certificate in Personal Support Work or equivalent background
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to acquire it
• Current negative TB testing or chest x-ray
• Ability to navigate the designated service area
• Internet access and mobile phone required
