We invite caring individuals to join Qualicare as Health Care Aides or Personal Support Workers. Under the supervision of our Care Coordinator, you’ll play a significant role in assisting clients with personal care, meal preparation, and transportation needs. Your presence will not only aid in daily activities but also foster companionship and trust with clients facing medical and age-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily care
• Prepare nutritious meals and perform light housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings and complete errands
• Manage medication schedules and reminders
• Keep accurate documentation and adhere to care plans
Requirements:
• Certification in Personal Support Work or equivalent educational background
• Current CPR and First Aid training or willing to enroll
• Clear tuberculosis screening results required
• Capable of traveling in the service area
• Must have access to a mobile phone and internet
