• Maintain comprehensive documentation of activity outcomes
• Participate in regular consultations with the Lifestyle Manager
• Mentor new team members and volunteers in orientation
Requirements:
• Experience in facilitating activation programs in retirement settings
• Education in Recreation, Activation, or Health Care
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality
• Positive attitude and flexibility in scheduling
