Temporary IPAC Lead at Sienna

Enhance care as a Temporary IPAC Lead with Sienna Senior Living. This role, focused on infection prevention and control, influences the healthcare experience across Ontario and BC.

This position is for a six-month tenure and requires a proactive approach to managing infection control protocols. As a lead, you will develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention strategies while providing guidance to frontline team members. Your critical expertise will protect residents and ensure compliance with provincial regulations across two regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement infection control programs

• Provide infection control guidance for Ontario and BC regions

• Support Ontario Region clinically as needed

• Proactively prevent outbreaks and infections

• Perform surveillance and data analysis on infections

Requirements:

• Certification from College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum three years in geriatrics clinical setting

• Completion of Infection Prevention and Control Courses

• Certification in Infection Prevention & Control or A-IPC

• Pass Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Records Checks
