You will follow established standards in performing nursing tasks and compliance with health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care focused on comfort and safety

• Adhere to infection control and health protocols

• Contribute to resident Life Enrichment programs

• Monitor and evaluate care outcomes regularly

• Complete mandatory training and education requirements

Requirements:

• Certified Health Care Aide or PSW graduate

• Minimum educational requirement of grade 12

• Preferred experience in retirement or long-term care

• Written and verbal proficiency in English

• Alignment with a resident-focused care philosophy
