In this role, you will collaborate with management to determine the hiring needs for both hourly and salary roles while ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations. With a focus on providing a welcoming candidate experience, you will utilize your recruiting expertise to build a strong candidate pipeline and participate in recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with managers to identify staffing needs

• Source candidates and maintain a robust pipeline

• Conduct resume screenings and phone interviews

• Ensure job listings are up to date and relevant

• Assist in onboarding new hires

Requirements:

• Degree specializing in Human Resources

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, especially in high-volume

• Bilingual in both French and English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Successful completion of a background check required
