Become a key player in workforce transformation with Allegis Global Solutions as a Program Specialist I. This role centers on managing the requisition lifecycle and stakeholder collaboration.
As the Program Specialist I, you will assist in the full requisition process, ensuring a seamless onboarding and performance monitoring experience. Your responsibilities will include coaching staffing suppliers and maintaining client satisfaction by providing timely updates and insightful reporting. Your recruitment knowledge will guide Hiring Managers in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support client managers in requisition compliance
• Document and manage intake conversations effectively
• Oversee sourcing and applicant tracking in databases
• Interact with various stakeholders regularly
• Ensure closure of all work orders upon assignment end
Requirements:
• University degree recommended or relevant experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
