In your one-year contract position as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take charge of end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring that candidates embody the company culture. Work closely with various teams, understand their hiring needs, and source potential candidates through networking and online platforms.

Your role will also include leading campus recruitment events to expand your talent pool and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle

• Partner with departments such as Sales and Finance

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines

• Act as a brand ambassador during recruitment

• Provide feedback and coaching to internal candidates

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Experience with Workday ATS is a plus

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field
