Superior Propane is seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to support job evaluation and compensation analysis. This role focuses on market pricing, annual merit, and incentive programs within a large organization. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce, and the ability to provide valuable data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support job evaluation and market pricing for employee groups
• Administer annual merit and incentive plans with precise forecasting
• Analyze market data for sound compensation recommendations
• Prepare reports and cost models for HR and leadership
• Contribute to compensation policy and pay equity initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 4–7 years of compensation experience in complex organizations
• Hands-on background in job architecture and compensation analytics
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• CCP designation preferred or in progress
