This position emphasizes building trusted relationships and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own recruitment from intake to offer

• Lead structured intake meetings with managers

• Write compelling job postings for inclusivity

• Screen candidates using consistent interview methods

• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• 2-3+ years in corporate, agency, or RPO recruiting

• Excellent candidate assessment and decision-making skills

• Strong sourcing abilities engaging passive candidates

• Experience with Workday or similar ATS
