Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• You'll support day-to-day recruitment administration, helping the HR team stay organized and on track.
• You'll prepare and post job advertisements across recruitment channels.
• You'll review and organize resumes to support candidate screening.
• You'll coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and communicate with candidates.
• You'll assist with reference checks and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• You'll provide general administrative support to HR advisors, generalists, and recruiters as needed.

• Previous administrative experience, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Entry-level candidates are welcome!
• Education in Human Resources, completed or in progress, is considered an asset.
• Exposure to HR or recruitment through employment, internships, placements, or volunteer experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new administrative systems.
• Ability to provide required immunization documentation, which may be confirmed through a family doctor or walk-in clinic.
