Support ADP ATS implementation and recruiting as a Talent Acquisition Assistant on a three-month contract with potential full-time continuation. Help modernize hiring.
This Talent Acquisition Assistant supports recruiting across the company while launching a new applicant tracking system. The contract offers hands-on recruiting experience and may become full-time depending on recruiting needs. Responsibilities span sourcing, employer branding, candidate selection, and ATS management.
Key Responsibilities:- Support full implementation of the new applicant tracking system
- Manage job postings, sourcing, and candidate selection
- Coordinate hiring from requisition through ATS close-out
- Represent CCM at career fairs when needed
- Coordinate offer approvals with the Human Resources Director
- Recruiting experience preferred
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Comfort with HR technology and AI
- ADP experience considered an asset
- Organized, proactive, and strong communicator
