- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage support inquiries via helpdesk system.
- Resolve user issues and escalate when necessary.
- Perform IMAC services on hardware and install software.
- Ensure software licensing compliance.
- Maintain hardware and software on desktops.
- Create and maintain IT documentation and track assets.
- Support local phone systems and other specialized systems.
- Postgraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science or related courses.
- At least 3 years of full-time IT support experience.
- Strong technical skills in PC hardware, software, and network basics.
- Experience with Office 365 and Windows 11 applications.
- Knowledge of wireless networks and CCTV monitoring.
- Flexible to work after hours and weekends as needed.
- Excellent organizational, analysis, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
- Physical ability to lift and move office electronics.
