Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Overseas Contractor with expertise in Service Now ITSM to design and implement Service Now architecture solutions

Job Description:

Design, develop and implement Service Now ITSM solutions aligned with organizational needs

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Service Now platform enhancements

Ensure best practices and compliance standards are followed in Service Now architecture

Lead Service Now platform upgrades, integrations and customizations to improve service delivery

Provide technical guidance and support for Service Now ITSM modules

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal platform functionality

Document architecture designs, workflows and configuration changes for knowledge sharing and audit purposes

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and deployment of Service Now ITSM solutions within the organization

Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical Service Now solutions

Develop and enforce Service Now platform governance and standards

Mentor and support junior team members on Service Now best practices and development

Manage and coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for Service Now implementations

Conduct regular reviews and audits of Service Now configurations to ensure alignment with business goals

Stay updated with the latest Service Now features and industry trends to recommend improvements
