We’re seeking an experienced JDE System Developer to support the full lifecycle of custom software development and ERP implementation. This role involves hands-on development, integration, and support of JD Edwards Enterprise One applications, with a focus on manufacturing, procurement, financials, sales order management, and inventory control.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and implement core applications using JD Edwards Enterprise One toolsCustomize and maintain JDE modules including Manufacturing, Procurement, Financials, Sales Order Management, and InventoryBuild and support interactive applications, reports, business functions (BSFN), and Named Event Rules (NER)Integrate JDE with external systems using web services and APIsWrite and optimize database queries (IBM i DB2, MS SQL, Oracle)Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and system-level testingTroubleshoot and resolve software issues, including root cause analysis and bug fixesDocument development processes and maintain technical documentation for ongoing supportProvide second-level support, including after-hours and weekend coverage as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutionsTechnical Skills6+ years of experience in JD Edwards Enterprise One developmentStrong knowledge of JDE tools: FDA, RDA, TDA, NER, BSFN, JDeveloper, Solution ExplorerProficiency in programming languages:
Java, C#, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NETExperience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Web Forms, Crystal Reports, Share Point Solid understanding of service-oriented architecture and object-oriented designFamiliarity with SQL/Oracle development and report writing tools (Business Objects, Crystal Reports)Experience with JDE 9.2 implementation and enhancement projectsKnowledge of Windows Server environments and Office 365Personal AttributesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage projects from start to finishEffectivemunicator with diverse teams and stakeholdersOrganized, detail-oriented, andmitted to meeting deadlinesAdaptable and eager to learn new technologiesPassionate about delivering high-quality, maintainable codeThis posting is for an existing vacancy with the organization.
