Job Description :
Requirement/Must Have:Extensive experience with Microsoft BI stack including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI.Strong hands-on development experience.Expertise in ETL/ELT pipeline design and optimization.Experience with data modeling, DAX, MDX, KPIs, and hierarchies.Experience implementing Row-Level Security and role-based access.Strong SQL Server and Azure data platform experience.Ability to lead technical design and decision-making.Experience:Senior-level experience delivering enterprise BI solutions.Experience integrating data from relational, flat file, API, cloud, and third-party sources.Experience with Star and Snowflake schemas.Experience supporting hybrid BI environments (on-prem and cloud).Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.Responsibilities:Lead technical decisions for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.Perform hands-on development while guiding junior and mid-level developers.Define BI standards, deployment strategies, naming conventions, and performance best practices.Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS.Implement incremental loads, CDC, SCD, error handling, logging, auditing, and environment-based configurations.Optimize SSIS packages for high-volume and near-real-time data loads.Build and optimize semantic models with complex DAX and MDX calculations.Tune aggregations, partitions, and processing strategies.Design and develop parameter-driven reports with drill-down and drill-through functionality.Optimize report execution and dataset performance.Develop Power BI dashboards and analytical reports using Power Query.Implement incremental refresh and dataset performance tuning.Manage deployment pipelines and version control.Collaborate with data engineers, DBAs, and application teams.Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs.Mentor BI developers and conduct performance tuning sessions.Own delivery timelines, risk mitigation, and technical quality.Skills:Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI).Data modeling and ETL development.Azure data services and cloud integrations.Performance tuning and optimization.Strong communication and leadership skills.Stakeholder collaboration and mentoring.Qualification And
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
