You’ll be joining a forward‑thinking organization focused on strengthening its enterprise performance management (EPM) capabilities. As thepany continues to enhance its financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes, the One Stream platform is a critical part of its strategy. This environment is well underway post‑implementation and requires a technical leader who can ensure stability, performance, and continual improvement across the EPM landscape.

Your new role

As the EPM System Administrator, you will serve as the primary technical lead for the organization’s One Stream environment. You’ll manage day‑to‑day administration, ensure smooth system operations, and support users across consolidation, reporting, and planning activities. You will oversee data loads, troubleshoot system issues, maintain security and access controls, and optimize application performance.

Beyond administration, you will drive testing and QA cycles, support system releases, maintain documentation, oversee integrations with ERP and legacy systems, and enhance automation using One Stream’s workflow and scripting capabilities. This role is critical for ensuring operational effectiveness during high‑pressure cycles such as month‑end, budgeting, and forecasting.

What you'll need to succeed

3–5 years of experience in technical or financial system administration

Proven hands‑on experience managing One Stream as an administrator, consultant, or developer

Experience supporting One Stream implementation and post‑go‑live environments

Participation in 1–2 One Stream implementations as a technical lead or admin

Ability to act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders

Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion is an asset

Post‑secondary diploma or university degree inputer Science, Finance, or a related field

One Stream Administrator Certification (required)

Knowledge of accounting and finance is a strong asset

Strong understanding of One Stream functionality across consolidation, reporting, data integration, automation, and security

Experience with scripting languages such as , SQL, Python, or Jython

Excellentmunication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users
