Job Description:
Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of various implementations including the implementation of Microsoft Copilot to be used across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT implementations based on digital transformation initiatives such as Microsoft Copilot
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks, issues, and change
- Facilitate regular status meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder updates
- Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and compliance with IT governance standards
- Support change management efforts including training, documentation, and user adoption strategies
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide post-implementation support and reviews

Job Requirements:
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or in Information Technology, Business or related Field
- 4+ years of experience in project management
- PMP Certification preferred
- Experience with Project Management tools such as Agile, Smartsheet and Microsoft Project are all a strong asset
- MS Copilot implementation or an AI tool implementation experience a strong asset
- Strong Excel skills
- Extensive background with IT systems and Implementations
- Proven track record of managing complex implementations involving software, infrastructure, and business process changes
- Positive, enthusiastic and energetic
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
