Onsite Security Engineer

Position: Onsite Security Engineer Role
Drive enterprise security solutions as an Onsite Security Engineer. This role focuses on Microsoft Defender, cloud security, and Cisco firewall management at a client location.

In this hands-on position, you will manage various security technologies, including Endpoint and Extended Detection & Response solutions. Leveraging your expertise in Azure security and Cisco firewalls, you'll ensure proactive threat detection and compliance with security standards while automating tasks with Power Shell.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor EDR/XDR platforms for security incidents

• Investigate alerts and provide timely remediation

• Secure cloud environments and monitor security posture

• Configure and support Cisco firewall policies

• Develop Power Shell scripts for security automation

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in cybersecurity or security engineering

• Expertise in Microsoft Defender and Azure security

• Strong understanding of networking concepts

• Proficient in Power Shell scripting

• Relevant security certifications preferred
