Change Manager - Power Automate & Power BI Experience
Location:

Role SummarySolid ITSM expertise and automation skills to drive governance across Incident, Change, and Problem Management. The role focuses on improving compliance, efficiency, and transitioning to a data-driven governance model.
Responsibilities- Ensure ticket quality, SLA adherence, and RCA completeness
- Govern ITSM processes and drive standardization
- Automate manual governance tasks using Power Automate, Power BI, or scripting tools
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and governance reports
- Collaborate with SRE, Dev, and Ops teams to improve reliability
- Analyze change impacts and incident root causes
- Robust experience in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- Hands-on with Power Automate / Power BI / automation tools
- Experience with SLA reporting, governance, and RCA validation
- Positive understanding of enterprise systems and production environments
