Position: Volunteer IT Support Role

This hybrid volunteer opportunity allows you to utilize your technical skills to assist in various IT functions, including troubleshooting and user access management. Collaborating with the CEO and COO, you will ensure effective digital communication and streamline operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot basic IT issues for staff and volunteers

• Create and maintain user profiles for team members

• Support file organization in One Drive and Google Drive

• Help manage email accounts and communication systems

• Provide assistance during online meetings and events

Requirements:

• Knowledge in IT support and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and email systems

• Detail-oriented and organized work ethic

• Ability to simplify technical concepts for others

• Relevant experience in IT support is advantageous
