Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to create intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences across retail banking products and services. In this role, you will leverage customer insights, design thinking methodologies, and data-driven decision-making to shape end-to-end user journeys that drive customer engagement and business growth.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, Data & Analytics teams, and business stakeholders to design innovative solutions that simplify complex banking experiences across digital and assisted channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging customer experiences across digital banking channels.
• Translate customer insights, business objectives, and analytics into innovative design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Leverage design systems and accessibility standards to ensure consistency and usability.
• Facilitate design workshops and ideation sessions using design-thinking methodologies.
• Use customer feedback and product performance data to continuously improve experiences.
• Present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Contribute to strategic product vision and roadmap discussions.
