Elevate Rexel's digital capabilities as the B2B Integrations Lead. This pivotal role focuses on system-to-system connectivity, enhancing efficiency and strengthening customer relationships in a hybrid work workplace. As the B2B Integrations Lead, you will report to the Digital Channel Manager and collaborate with various internal teams such as IT, Sales, and Operations, as well as external partners.
Your mission will be to identify integration opportunities and manage the execution of recent digital solutions that streamline purchasing workflows. With a combination of strategic planning and hands-on coordination, you will support the continuous growth of Rexel’s digital transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify opportunities for system-to-system integrations with customers
- Collaborate on business workflows to enhance integration capabilities
- Maintain a roadmap for integrating purchasing workflows
- Define functional requirements with IT for current initiatives
- Coordinate project activities across internal and external teams
- 5+ years in digital platforms or system integrations
- Strong understanding of B2B procured processes
- Ability to translate workflows into functional requirements
- Excellent communication with technical and business teams
- Proficiency in both English and French
