As the first point of contact for Workday inquiries, you will utilize your technical aptitude and customer service skills to resolve issues promptly. You’ll track interactions, escalate more complex problems, and maintain comprehensive documentation. By staying informed about Workday processes, you'll enhance the support and training provided to users. Collaboration with teams across HR and IT will be crucial for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries via Service Now promptly
• Resolve common Workday user issues independently
• Accurately document support interactions for analysis
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams as needed
• Contribute to end-user training materials and FAQs
Requirements:
• Preferred degree in HR, IT, or Business Administration
• 1-2 years of relevant Workday experience
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and confidentiality
Provide adept support and improve user experiences for Workday across Ellis Don's community.
