Onsite Global Network Engineer

Drive innovative network solutions as a Global Network Engineer at IKO Industries, located in Mississauga, ON. This onsite role emphasizes network design, security, and cloud infrastructure implementation.
As a Global Network Engineer, you'll lead the design, testing, and initial deployment of network and cloud solutions across IKO's locations. Your expertise will focus on Level 3 support, troubleshooting, and creating documentation for the Network Operations team. Additionally, you will directly collaborate with vendors and assist in security investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design cloud networking solutions aligning with IT standards

• Diagnose network issues using established tools

• Maintain technical documentation and procedures

• Implement and monitor security solutions

• Assist in Business Continuity Plan development
Requirements:

• 7‑10 years managing large enterprise networks

• 3‑5 years with Azure Cloud in hybrid setups

• Expertise in BGP/OSPF and Palo Alto Firewalls

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
