Position: Senior Applications Support Analyst at Citi
Citi is seeking a Senior Applications Support Analyst to work hybrid in Mississauga, Ontario. This key role involves supporting Finance Desk applications while ensuring operational stability and delivering superior client experiences.

In this senior role, you'll join Citi's Markets Treasury and Financing Application Support team, engaging in technical and business support for critical applications. Your responsibilities will include monitoring production systems, assessing risk, and improving process efficiencies. As a mentor, you will lead and train new analysts while leveraging your technical background in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing technical support for Finance Desk applications

• Conduct structured start-of-day checks and continuous monitoring

• Assess risks of production issues and escalate appropriately

• Engage in post-implementation analysis for application releases

• Maximize application potential and develop contingency plans

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in Application Support, preferably financial services

• Experience with automation and SRE initiatives

• Familiarity with tools such as ITRS, Grafana, and Service Now

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
