We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business decision‑making through meaningful insights derived from data.

• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data‑driven solutions.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Conduct root cause analysis and present findings to cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor and evaluate existing data processes, recommending improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across systems and reporting platforms.
• Support business teams with ad‑hoc analysis and reporting needs.

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one data visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau).
• Familiarity with data modeling and statistical analysis techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.

• Experience with BI data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Exposure to large datasets and up‑to‑date data platforms.
• Understanding of business intelligence and reporting frameworks.
